PRE ORDER – TERMS AND REGULATIONS<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General terms and regulations<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ordering online<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monday- Friday:<\/strong>\n The order must be placed minimum 48 hours before departure. Weekends:<\/strong>\n Orders accumulated in the weekends will not be handled before monday \nmorning. Ex.: If you are ordering for a Monday, you must place the order\n before 15:00 on Friday the week in advance. You as a customer  are \nresponsible for giving the correct name\/ company and travel information.\n When the order is registered, you will receive a confirmation on e- \nmail. If you don’t recieve a confirmation after a few minutes, you  must\n contact customerservice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ordering on E- mail<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monday- Friday:<\/strong>\n The order must be placed minimum 48 hours before departure. Weekends<\/strong>\n : Orders accumulated in the weekends, will not be   prosessed before \nMonday morning. Ex.: If you are ordering for a Monday, you must place \nthe order before 15:00 on Friday, the week in advance. As a customer you\n are obligated to give  correct personal  name, company name and travel \ninformation. When the order is registered you will receive a \nconfirmation on e- mail. The confirmation will be given during opening \nhours: Monday- Friday 08:00- 15:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n On board trains<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your  meals are picked up at the caf\u00e9. In trains where there is \nno caf\u00e9, you must contact the conductor  in order to  get your food. The\n meals are enjoyed at the booked seats. It is not possible to book  a \ntable in the cafe. It is also not allowed to order alcohol containing \nbeverages in advance. Alcohol containing beverages, can only be served \nin the caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n Prices<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All prices are included VAT. VAT is currently 14%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment method<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your orders are paid in advance with a  creditcard . Creditcards accepted: Visa and Mastercard<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n Cancellation\/ change<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monday- Friday: <\/strong>\n The cancellation must be  sent minimum 48 hours before departure. Weekends:<\/strong>\n Cancellations accumulated in the weekends, will not be   prosessed \nbefore Monday morning. Ex.: If you are cancelling an order for a Monday,\n you must send it  before 15:00 on Friday, the week in advance. \nCancellations after this will not be refunded. To  cancel an order; send\n an e- mail to booking@togservice.no<\/a>\n .A confirming e- mail will be sent to you when the order is changed. To\n change an order, you must cancel the original order and order agein. \nRefunds are credited to the same account as the customer used to place \nthe order.  A refund  takes approximately 5 days, depending on your  \nbank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deficient or failed delivery <\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Complaint <\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The complaint must be Rail Gourmet Togservice at hand in reasonable time after the delivery has or should have taken place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remedial<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rail Gourmet Togservice shall as soon as the complaint have taken\n place, implement meassures to correct the failed or deficient order or \nfind a compatible solution for the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Price reduction<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The customer can demand a reduction in price, if Togservice do \nnot succeed in delivering or correct a mistake sufficiently. In these \ncases a credit card customer will be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Terms to sign up as a businessclient<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The customer relationship presupposes that it will be made a \ncredit rating of the customer. Rail Gourmet Togservice can set a credit \nlimit for delivery and can demand that the customer pays a delivery in \nadvance. Togservice can further demand that the customer  pays all \ncredit debt before new credit is offered. Togservice can decline to sign\n a contract with the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a business client, you can choose between two payment methods;  creditcard or invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation\/ change<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
